SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Time: Most orders received will ship within 2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. 

We offer free ground shipping on all retail orders. Orders that select the Free Shipping option will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and will take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. Orders that choose expedited shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 3-4 business days.

Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Bucheli USA  only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Wholesale shipping costs will vary by order size as well as by shipping method selected. Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you would like an exact shipping estimate for your wholesale order.

All wholesale orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days business days, given that all items are in stock in the quantities requested.

We offer FedEx, UPS, AIT, and UCL for shipping on wholesale orders. If you would prefer to use a specific shipping service, please notify us as soon as you have placed your order so that we may arrange this for you.
