Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority with every item purchased from DBA Best Deals. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to the method of payment originally used for purchase.

All items returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. Worn or damaged items will NOT be accepted for return.

Shipping Costs

If requesting a refund or exchange, we ask that you pay the return shipping cost to send the item back to us.

Wholesale

Absolutely no returns will be accepted for wholesale orders without prior return authorization. Returns will only be accepted on incorrect and/or defective units. Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need to start a wholesale order return.

Return Process

All returns MUST be returned using our RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.

What to Send Us

  1. Request the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM from us by e-mailing empirebelts@gmail.com. Please reference your order number in this e-mail.
  2. Complete the form and then mail it back with the items purchased. You can use the original packaging that your order arrived in, or choose to use your own packaging.
  3. Ship the Return/Exchange to:

NOTE: Please ship your items using a trackable and secure method of delivery. We are unable to assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

Confirmation of Receipt and Processing Times

You will be notified of the status of your Return/Exchange after we have received and inspected the item(s). If we approve your Return/Exchange, we will process the refund or mail out the exchanged item immediately.

Depending on the payment method used, please allow up to 7 business days (for refunds) and 10 days for receipt of your new item(s) if you requested an exchange. PayPal refunds take up to 7 business days to process.
