Absolutely no returns will be accepted for wholesale orders without prior return authorization. Returns will only be accepted on incorrect and/or defective units. Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need to start a wholesale order return.

Depending on the payment method used, please allow up to 7 business days (for refunds) and 10 days for receipt of your new item(s) if you requested an exchange. PayPal refunds take up to 7 business days to process.
